Hello doctor my baby is 4 month old i need to know her diet what can i give her in diet?

nothing should be given to the child other than breast milk till six months are complete not even water
Breast milk is most nutritious supports growth is safe and complete food for baby
introduction of top foods before 6 months can increase risk of infection and even reduce milk supply.
