hello doctor my baby is 4 month old ..he is pooping around 20 times a day watery consistency and some time foaming he got rsshes also bec of watery pooping more not using daipers at all ..i got stool test for baby ..itd showing few pus cells ..m attaching report also pls suggest me medincine if any..tomorrow is holi cnt go doctor being holiday pls suggest

So this is basically a stomach infection your child is suffering from go for a course of antibiotics given by the doctor and within 3 to 5 days a child is definitely going to get better but currently there is no problem if you continue with proper treatment as these things are commonly seen with kids
