Q.

Hello doctor My baby is 4.11Years old and having abdomen pain and having fever also frequently. I have sonography report also, kindly review and suggest me about condition, treatment, which food to give for eating.

A. appears to be intestinal infection in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
