hello doctor my baby is 3mnths old and he cries for stomach pain when he pass d gas and he is not able to do d motion regularly

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. h if he is exclusively breastfed then constipation is rare. he will pass stools eventually. do tummy time, cycling motion of legs, do burp properly. if child becomes irritable , not feeding well , then consult your paediatrician. formula fed babies may have constipation. so watch for consistency of stools as well.

Nelofer FernandesMom of a 13 yr 3 m old boy6 years agoA. Hi, Your baby seems to be suffering from constipation. Since you are feeding baby you need to eat foods like spinach, peas, dal and ragi. Also lots of fruits and food rich in proteins and fibre as this will be easy for baby to digest too. Also drink a lot of fluids like soups xnd coconut water, avoid too many milk products and banana for a few days as this makes stools firm, also gassy foods like cabbage and radish. Massage baby's tummy gently and move legs in cycling motion as this will help baby release gas. If baby is too cranky give some gripe water to baby.

SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi good evening mum!! For colic there is a herbal medicine that is available in herbal store. It's called as sweet flag or vasambu it'svery good for colic, digestion, immunity booster. It should be mixed with milk and consumed everyday. It's good immunity booster too that can be given to babies everyday for colic or stomach realted issues. For the making you can see videos in YouTube
