Hello Doctor my baby is 3 months old and since yesterday he is having mild fever.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if the child is 3 months old suffering from fever you can give paracetamol drop to the baby consulting doctor for a proper examination of the child to rule of the cause of fever

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. The usual dose is 2.5ml of infant syrup (or a 60mg suppository). If your baby was premature, or they're small for their age, check with your doctor or health visitor. They may recommend a lower dose.
