Hello doctor my baby is 3 months old and he has extremely bad diarrhoea what should i give to my baby

Entrogermina you can give to the child twice in a day for three days that would be good but you should stop giving milk as of now at no milk should be given as it is going to aggravate the problem and consult the doctor for further assistance and medication to be used
