hello doctor,my baby is 3 months 1 day.there is no problem in feeding till day before yesterday bt now i don't have sufficient milk secretion please how to handle this situation please help me out from this problem

A. don't have sufficient amount of milk take lactation supplement as lactare take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana drumstick regular pumping increase milk you can use Babyhug electric breast pump
