Hello doctor. My baby is 2months old,and is on formula milk. I am not able to breastfeed her as there is no sign of milk. I tried all the remedies like shatavar churn,menthi,saunf but in vain. Doctor gave me lactare tablets and of no use. What should I do to produce milk. She is sucking but as no milk she is pushing back.

A. Have lot of skin to skin sessions with your baby. This is called kangaroo therapy. It improves Breastmilk, improves baby weight and encourages Breastfeeding. And the key is to feed frequently which will inturn increase your milk supply. Milk secretion increases based on demand. So more and more your baby sucks or tries to feed ur milk supply will increase.
