hello doctor my baby is 2months old and having red spot on her bump photo I already uploaded . please advice

Looking at the pictures it is looking like some kind of an allergy it is not looking like a normal diaper rash to me but still just to be on the safe side I would advise you to go ahead with using Boroline antiseptic cream if you want to use something else you can use but and also if you want you can consult your paediatrician regarding this
