Hello doctor .. my baby is 24 days old she use to pass stool and gas also but she cries loud whn she passes gas ..wat is d reaaon behind it ? .. everytime she use to do like dis ..

A. doctor is it safe to give Colimex Drops evryday toa child of 24 ,days old???

A. some babies baby crying while passing gas and stool because of uncomfortable it is quite natural that small babies will be having lot of gas you can give colicaid drops to the baby 0.5 ml 3 times a daythe baby
