hello doctor my baby is 23months old 5days back she passed hard motion she was crying and blood spot also seen is this normal or should I worry for blood spot and sometimes she telling itching in that area and white spot on face is this worm indicates or wat plz suggest. thanking you

A. hard motion as putting pressure may be tear in the anal area as because blood in stool apply coconut oil on the anal area apply coconut oil on baby tummy area and gently massage in circular motion keep baby well hydrated...
