Q.

Hello Doctor.. my baby is 2 years old. it feels like mild fever sometime which goes away in 20 to 30 minutes or less. it is only on stomach and back side. is there any problem?? what should I do??

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also tbgghis dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
