as for milk... atleast a glass daily or half a glass daily and any of milk porrige with it in snack

Milk intake should be atleast 400 to 500 ml and the rest of the day you can give banana, apple, kiwi,some sheera, rice dal, poha, upma, idli and all thay you eat throughout the day, also add some dryfruit powder in the baby's milk, keep feeding your baby and one day the baby is going to start feeding himself
