A. Milk intake should be atleast 400 to 500 ml and the rest of the day you can give banana, apple, kiwi, some sheera, rice dal, poha, upma, idli and all thay you eat throughout the day, also add some dryfruit powder in the baby's milk, keep feeding your baby and one day the baby is going to start feeding himself

A. Limit your child's milk intake to about 16–24 ounces a day (2 to 3 cups). Serve more iron-rich foods (meat, poultry, fish, enriched grains, beans, tofu). When serving iron-rich meals, include foods that contain vitamin C (like tomatoes, broccoli, oranges, and strawberries), which improve the body's iron absorption.
