A. Cut down the morning milk n let it baby be hungry, give vegetable sticks, cooked pasta, puff ruce, biscuits type of food.. identify the type of food she likes and then give it more in Solid form so that she will be forced to chew them.

A. Hi mommy Give different varieties of food like fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting give three meal and two snacks children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc It is normal for children to be fussy eaters But they will probably be less fussy as they get older Offer fussy eaters a few healthy options and let them choose what to eat Pleasant low stress and regular mealtimes can help with fussy eating
