DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 28 months old and he doesn’t speak even monologues words like mamma and papa etc then see if he has a tongue tie or he can hear or not

T A lot of times kids start speaking of Tej of 2 1/2 to 3 years only if your child is in speaking at all as of now then there could be a little bit of delay with the speed you can get a check with the speech therapist because after proper checkup only we can be more sure about if there is an issue or not and accordingly whatever is required will be suggested
