hello Doctor my baby is 2 months old, I would like to know as I have heard that there are few injections available in the market that make baby brain intelligent if it's true then could you name those injections and at what age baby can jab it?

A. Maam there is nothing like that available in the market. and even if there ia please don't give. you never know what garm all such things can cause. these will do more bad than good. please refrain from giving any such injections. just be grateful to God for everything that you have and a healthy baby.v
