Hello doctor, my baby is 2 months old..I apply besan floor first and then soap to face and body...her skin got red pimples nowadays ..should I stop besan and just use soap??please guide me

A. good morning yes I would recommend you to avoid using besan for the baby instead you should try to massage on the skin with the help of Babyhug daily massage oil and some fresh milk cream for a good complexion
