Hello doctor, my baby is 2 months old. But from last 3 days he is having runny poop for 2-3 times aday. Due to cold n cough i was also on a medication (prescribed by a physician) for 2days. i am attaching the pics of prescribed medicines. my concern is that DO I NEED TO SHOW MY BABY TO A PEDIATRIC?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion could be because of some infection or if chronic than could be some malabsorption.
Initially you can give zinc supplement for 2 weeks and probiotic like econorm sachet for 3 days .
For any spdecific ttreatment consult your doctor and maintain proper hydration .
