Hello doctor my baby is 2 months old. and he is already suffering from gas problem and I'm using gastrica tanic also.. I feed him in sleeping position.. it can cause more colic?? what are the best breastfeeding positions? how many months colic get rid of ? why colic will occur for infants ??

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Ensure that your baby’s head is in a little elevated position while breastfeeding, latch your baby well to your breast. Do not lay down the baby immediately after feeding. Hold your baby in upright position for sometime and gently rub on the back till the baby burps. Give good tummy time everyday. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort.
