Q.

Hello doctor, my baby is 2 month old. from the beginning my nipple is not perfect when feeding so I use nipple shield when feeding. now daily 2 3 times she needs nipple shield for feeding. if i did not give with it she refuses milk. how can i change this habit. other than that time she take the milk direct. is there any problem for using it long term. pls reply thank you

A. get a lactation consultant. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. You Can keep using your nipples as long as you want it’s completely safe there is no harm if your child is comfortable taking milk that way I would like to suggest you to continue because there is nothing wrong with using it it’s completely safe
