hello doctor, My baby is 2 month old and has blackishness on tongue, what can be the cause and how to resolve it?

A. black tongue can be due to iron supplements you might be giving to the child and it should gdet cleaned with your clean finger. if it is not decreasing in intensity after cleaning then you will have to rule out dfungal infection of the tongue. it is advisable to get the child examine by the doctor.

A. there can be chances of fungal infection and the tongue are iron If you are usingfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
