Q.

Hello doctor! My baby is 2 and half yrs old ,but,still now she is not chewing the foods just swollowing ,what can I do ,but biting snacks ..

A. prefer giving soft diet. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

A. Children with sensitive gag reflexes often do better with solids that dissolve easily, rather than lumpy pureed foods. Brushing your child's teeth will also often help to make their gag less sensitive. If your child enjoys putting toys in their mouth, provide teething toys that have bumps and different textures.
