hello doctor. my baby is 1year 2 months. he is not started to speak any words . he is saying something in his own language. he is reacting for a sounds and tv songs like laughing and showing hands if any of his favourite songs is going. but he is responding late if we ask any objects like fan tv he is seeing the objects if we ask after n number of times. sometimes he is having eye contact on me while speaking but i can see he is not interested to speak he is watching me and turning his face and involving in his playing activity . im very worried on this and pls advise what should i do for this.
