hello doctor , my baby is 19 months old and he not speak proper words he understands all things and says 2,3 words not like that he not say anything says his own language so is it the matter for worry

A. no problem continue to interact more with the baby ok sfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
