A. Hi, you can try different combinations to see what clicks. I'm sure you've already tired many things but here are some ideas: raagi with milk and a pinch of cardamom powder for taste - ass a tsp of condensed milk for added flavor, pumpkin carrot soup (roast pumpkin and carrot with one crushed garlic in butter, add a pinch of salt and pepper, add water and boil till pulpy, mash and serve), banana and chocolate pancakes, sabudana kichdi, apple/ carrot and daliya with ghee tadka. All the best!

A. Foods to increase appetite in your child: Peanuts boost metabolism and increase appetite. Yoghurt and avocados also help in increasing appetite. Pomegranates, almond butter or peanut butter increase appetite. Give foods rich in zinc like pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, wheat bran and chicken. Add ajwain to paranthas, make ajwain infused water or incorporate in salads too. Basil leaves and chyawanprash also help. Give a glass of fenugreek infused water. Peaches and plums help too.
