hello doctor, my baby is 18 months old.. he had sudden fever in 4 days back. we went to the doctor. he said viral fever and suggest paracetamol, anyibiotics and cold syrup.. first 2 days temperature was high and after that body temperature become normal.. even i had given paracetamol at that time my baby's body become very chill.. so i stopped giving paracetamol and aso antibiotics... his temperature was normal in 2 days but he was looking tired and sleepy... and today he started crying for no reason and i checked his temprature it is 100 degree... doctor suggested me to give antibiotic for 5 days but i had given only 3 days because of no fever for my baby.... so what is the reason for his again fever and what should i do now
