hello doctor My baby is 18 days old and he is suffering from gas. He rots a lot and his stomach hurts. I have given it to you. how to fix this problem.

A. it is very common problem in small babies bb. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe
