Hello Doctor my baby is 16 months old.. Her private part is hurting i feel.. When ever i put a Daiper or inner wear she starts crying and some times she won't wear anything but she keeps her hand near private parts and cry.. No rashes or nothing...What could be the reason.. Pls suggest..
