Q.

Hello Doctor, My baby is 15 months old. She has a bluish swelling on her upper gum which looks like an eruption cyst. There is no fever, but she is very irritable and eating less than usual. Could you please confirm if this is normal teething or if she needs any treatment? Also, please let me know if I should give any medicine for pain.

A. Maam it is very difficult to say what it is it is not associated with teething so currently with the picture that you have posted I would advise you kindly consult the dentist regarding that and whatever the situation is your doctor will be able to give you better assistance on that
