Hello Doctor, my baby is 14 months old, till 13 months she was having 7 teeth, completing her 14 months she has started getting 5 teeth at same time (total 12 teeth at present), since 3 days she has got 102 fever, lost her appetite, loose motions, has become cranky, please help how to calm her, thank you.

Make sure she is getting enough fluids even if she is not eating to prevent dehydration. give paracetamol drops in proper dose. If you are concerned about her eating habits, call your pediatrician.
