hello doctor my baby is 14 months old . she is getting frequently fever with in 2 weeks. am consulting doctor as well. why baby head is too warm when she gets fever

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 houcrs if fever is repeating.
and you cafn also do cold sponging of the body if required

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
