hello doctor my baby is 11months old and she started teething and upper small teeth is visible and there is swollen gums in upper part. There is a myth that if upper teeth arise first it causes high teeth and none of my family members have high teeth so do I need to worry about it

A. no need to worry about ok. the eruption of teeth in the baby is physiological process baby will not have any vomitings loose motions or fever please message the gums of the baby with the finger and apply dento gel
