A. hi mom. if you have stopped breastfeeding then there is will be sometimes congestion in the breast., just tie a shawl tightly around the breast, and you can do it for few days until the engorgement is completely gone. make sure you do not squeeze the milk from the breast as it will create more milk in the breast
