hello doctor My baby is 1 year 2 months old 2 days she had fever that is 103 but now she have cold cough sneezing, i am giving cefixime to her 5ml twice a day. plz suggest what next i have to do..

A. please treat the baby with paracetamol and continue the medicine if there is no relief better to consult a doctor Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
