hello doctor...my baby is 1.5 month old...how many days should I keep my baby in sunlight? and what should the duration?

A. Hello good morning !! Daily Sun exposure is suggested as sunlight is the best source of vitamin D . You can expose daily for 10-15 minutes morning 6-10am until 5-6 months . From 6-8 months you can Start evening walks ,you will be able to take out for a while so initial months sunlight exposure and Vitamin D3 supplements is must.
