hello doctor. my baby is 1.4 months yr old. he is itching his anus area since 10/15 days. then I used to wipe his anus area with lukewarm water and cloth after he pooped after using baby wipes. today when he itch so many times. I saw some ghamoriyan type white is there in his anus. what will be the reason

A. Ato using diaper and instead of wipes clean the area with cotton dipped in water and apply Vaseline or coconut oil on the area and also check the anus area in sunlight take care
