Hello Doctor..My baby is 03 months old, from past 03 to 04 days she is been vomiting as in when I give her medicine post feeding.. I have been giving the same earlier also but she never vomits before however now a days she does.. Please suggest

Burp well after every feeding
By holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping
Give ondem drops
Give adequate feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
