Hello doctor my baby having fever since yesterday it was like 99.4 because of sore throats and cough given calpol twice yesterday that’s in the evening 5 & night at 9pm Today 3:30 am she had 102 temperature had given calpol Please prescribe the medicine for sore throat and cough

A. it can be viral fruit and may be due to seasonal variation is should give paracetamol to baby every 6 hours early and go to a doctor if he were remain as such
