Q.

hello doctor my baby has trapped gas....doctor prescribed me gastica drops and digestive enzymed but it didnt work he is crying and not drinking milk for an hours....can i use ranitidine 75mg syrup does it helps to treat trapped gas? or please suggest any medicine.... i have visited 2 children specialist but results... iam tired of alll....

A. it is important for you to know that all these medicines will give only temporary relief and for proper decrease in gas you have to do burping of the child for more than 15 to 20 minutes and do not give any type of medicine oral supplements to the child for few days and just give breastfeeding

Hi mom Consult with Your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Maintain hygiene Apply hing oil mixture on navel Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Apply hing oil mixture on navel of your baby Take a good care of your baby
