Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem you can give pomegranate juice if the baby is having fever you can give all other fruit juices also Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
