Hello doctor! My baby has not passed the motion since two days otherwise she is regular on the count, all other activities are normal eat, sleep, play anything to be concerned? Age : 46 days

It can be more than 7 times per day alxso and sometimes the child will not pass stool for 10 days also.
The most important thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solid to solid or semi liquid then there is no need txo worry about the frequency as well as colour as well as the smell of the stool
Also straining and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal.
the crying of the child is due to colic pain and not due to constipation
