Hello doctor, my baby girl is almost an year old. she is breastfeed baby also takes solid food. But she passes hard stool, it's not regular and needs effort everytime she poops. can anybody suggest good home remedies or any dietary change that can help.

fibres are very important which are provided by oats wheat daliya fruits veggies so you should include them
