Hello Doctor, My baby girl is 4 month old and on her body there is red spots which increases day by day ,initially I think these are mosquito bite but now i am confused . Please advice

usually the skin of the child is mainly dry and sensitive then in these areas you have to apply coconut oil or moisturizing lotion
in the areas where sweating is present and skin folds there is noc need to apply oil or lotionc but you have to regularly clean it with soap and you can apply baby powder if needed.
take care of the skin child in c manner on the whole body.
