hello doctor, my baby girl is 14 months old and her weight is only 7.8 kg. but she is active and eat properly mam is this under wait? please give me suggestion what i do and what to feed my baby

Some babies don’t gain weight easily. But in such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then every thing is fine and nothing to worry about. You should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day.
