Hello doctor.. My baby girl is 1 month 12 days old . 5 days back her weight was 3.55 kg.. But today it is 3.4. it has decreased.. Is it something to worry ?

First month after birth it happens sometimes so you should not worry about it at all. Otherwise according to babies age baby weight is totally fine. Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly. You should just continue feeding your baby and there is no need to give anything else till baby turned six months old.
