Q.

Hello doctor my baby girl has contineuesly runny nose and cough also.Her head having temperature but body is not like fever.can I give paracetamol or not.

A. Take the temperature with the thermometer to know whether it is fever or not and if it is positive then you can go ahead with giving medicine to the child but if there is no fever on thermometer then there is no need to give any medicine to the child
