Hello Doctor, my baby fell off bed in morning whole aleeping.. she seems to be fine no injuries or blood no vomit. she is taking feed normally and like before. but i am very worried and guilt. please help

I understand ur concern.
If ur baby is active and comfortable, taking proper feed, no signs of vomiting or uneasiness or bleeding then no need to worry. Ur baby is absolutely fine. Take care
