hello doctor my baby boy was 5 months old last week suddenly he was crying during urination i observed it and took him to hospital doctor told it was infection and gave zifi 50 mg syrup for 5 days.but now tip of penis was swelling during urination i showed it to doctor they said circumcision is needed..is there any other medicine is it compulsory circumcision now
