Hello doctor my baby boy vomitings and motion or smelling from 1 month, from 2days onwards urine also getting smell reason behind this plz

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also give probiotic like enteroogermina two times 3 day
