hello doctor, My baby boy is 4 years 3 day. 8 days back he is positive but i found no symptoms is there in my child. so shall I do anything. because of this covid, what precautions should I take care of my child. what kind of food i will give. pls share me the details.

U Should follow all the protocols get a medicine done by your paediatrician for the same apart from that would like to tell you that you should give light food to the child like porridge khichadi and all these things good amount of liquid like buttermilk lemonade and coconut water all kind of foods this is the kind of food that you should be giving to the child
